It's also important to remember that not all storm damage is obvious and that hidden damage can cause problems weeks or even months after the storm. 1. Contact Us
Contact us and sign up for free inspection with no obligation. Once we have the schedule date for your inspection, Dynamic representative will call you and let you know when our inspection team will be at your property.
Our inspection team will fully inspect your property for any damages that are caused by the storm. They will check all exterior parts of your property. We will provide you with complete inspection report, including the precise storm report. When damages are found, Dynamic Roofing & Siding representative will assist you to file a claim and set up an adjuster meeting with your insurance provider.
You will be contacted by your insurance adjuster within 2-3 business days after filing a claim. The adjuster will give you a time and date for the inspection meeting. Dynamic representative will be at your property, as your advocate, to deal with and assist the insurance adjuster to get approval for repair or replacement of your damaged property. It is imperative for our representative to be present at the meeting. Our presence and expertise in dealing with insurance adjuster can positively influence the outcome.
4. Color Meeting
When you are approved for work, you will receive an adjuster's estimate for damages on your property. Dynamic adjuster will first review the report to make sure all findings on the report are correct and its replace cost value is adequate to replace the damages on your property. Afterwards, Dynamic representative will conduct a color meeting with you to go over the color choices and types of materials used, and assist you with the paperwork, if need be. Work order will be filled out and permit(s) will be issued after collecting the initial deposit, which is the 1st installment of check issued by your insurance provider.
All materials for the restoration project will be delivered to your address a day before the construction date. Materials will be delivered on either side of the driveway. (Please make sure to take down the hangings by or on the wall, if you are getting the siding done.) From the start to finish, Dynamic Field Supervisor will be present at the job site to ensure high quality of workmanship. Upon completion of your project, our crews will cleanup, take the leftover materials if any, and haul the trash.
Upon complete satisfaction of your project, you will sign a "Certificate of Completion", and including final invoice will be sent to your insurance company to receive final payment (depreciation). If your mortgage lender has any outstanding balance due, then the process will be repeated to your lender. The processing of documents will be handled and assisted by your Dynamic representative and you will receive all copies relate to it. After you receive the final payment, we will proceed to close out your account by receiving and clearing final payment(s), and providing you with the final paid receipt.
